RIGHT TO CANCEL
The display of products on our website (Nuts About Mutts) is an invitation to sell those products to you.
An offer by you is made when you place the order for your products. We will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer and take payment for the item (s)
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
We will accept order cancellations and give full refunds including postage costs if items have NOT yet been dispatched. We usually dispatch same day (4pm) or next day (4pm)
Once items have been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to return in NEW and UNUSED condition with all packaging still intact and undamaged within 14 days from the date of the order.
Nuts About Mutts will refund the purchase price of the item(s) EXCLUDING postage and packaging costs unless the items are faulty.
Nuts About Mutts reserves the right NOT to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition which includes all tags and packaging undamaged and intact and will return damaged or soiled items back to the customer.
We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning FAULTY items only upto the value of the original delivery charge. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Once Nuts About Mutts have inspected items and are satisfied that they are in New condition, a refund will be sent for the item price only unless items are faulty.
I expressly accept that you will commence performance of the contract / the service ordered before the cancellation period expires.
