Grooming is essential to maintain the health and wellbeing of your dog.  It is also a great way to bond with your pet.

Just a few minutes each day is all it takes to keep your pet's coat looking shiney and healthy.

Ancol have engineered these combs using medical quality, stainless steel pins that are highly polished to create a smooth, low friction surface helping this comb to glide through the coat. 

The double sides of this comb offer teeth at two different widths for easier grooming.  Use the wider toothed side first to tackle the knots and finish with the narrower teeth to ensure all the tangles are removed.

I use this comb on my schnauzers.  It helps locate knots and tangles easily and gets right into the coat which is super for my dogs' longer leg hair and beards, thoroughly detangling  with the wider teeth first and finishing with the narrow teeth, leaving their coats completely knot free.

This comb is especially good for removing every knot right to the skin.

TOP TIP!

For particularly knotty coats, always press down firmly on the skin at the base of the hair whilst combing that area.  This will reduce the pull on your dog's skin and combing will be a lot more comfortable.

Below is a picture of me using a slightly different comb on my mini schnauzer to demonstrate how I hold the base of the coat with my free hand whilst using the comb to prevent pulling her skin.
