Ancol have engineered these combs using medical quality, stainless steel pins that are highly polished to create a smooth, low friction surface helping this comb to glide through the coat. 

 

The double layer of different length pins means this comb is ideal for moulting breeds to remove dead and loose coat.

 

A great comb to use on dogs with longer coats too, even if they don't moult.

 

I use this comb on my schnauzers who have non shedding coats, it helps locate knots and tangles and I really feel as though I have not missed any areas when I use this comb.  It gets right into the coat and is super for my dogs' longer leg hair and beards, thoroughly detangling and leaving their coats knot free.

 

Ideal for longer coats.

 

This comb is especially good for removing every knot right to the skin.

TOP TIP!

 

For particularly knotty coats, always press down firmly on the skin at the base of the hair whilst combing that area.  This will reduce the pull on your dog's skin and combing will be a lot more comfortable.

 

Below is a picture of me using a slightly different comb on my mini schnauzer to demonstrate how I hold the base of the coat with my free hand whilst using the comb.
